PETTY THEFT I WAS ARRESTED AT MACY'S FOR STEALING A PAIR OF EARRINGS AND A WATCH. AT THE TIME, I WAS GOING THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT TIME WITH MY BOYFRIEND. I DON'T KNOW WHY I STOLE, IT WAS NOT FOR THE MONEY. I MET WITH MR. ZAVALA, AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IF I GOT A CONVICTION, I WOULD GET KICKED OUT OF COLLEGE AT UC BERKLEY. I WAS VERY SCARED, BUT MR.
